The SDI011 dual interface reader from SCM provides easy access to both contact and contactless (ISO 14443A & B) smartcards in a convenient desktop unit. The SDI011 is a functionally identical replacement for the popular SDI010.
This reader is PC/SC and CCID compliant with downloadable driver support for Windows 2000 onwards. As with most SCM readers the SDI011 is firmware upgradable to allow for future enhancements.
The SDI011 is compatible with Read-a-Card, the contactless card ID reading application, useful for the integration of RFID technology into new or existing systems.
