The iOS Smartcard Reader (also known as the 'iBankSpace') from BHXT is a full-sized contact smartcard reader designed for direct connection to Apple iPhones, iPads and iPods via the standard 30pin interface. Also featuring a MicroSD slot for memory expansion and a mini-USB port for connection to other devices, this reader is suitable for various smartcard applications including electronic payment, network security, e-commerce and authentication.
The iOS Smartcard Reader is fully PC/SC and EMV Level 1 compliant and supports all ISO 7816 smartcards. Driver libraries and an XCODE demo project are available free of charge on request.
