The IGEL smartcard is an especially cost-efficient user ID card solution for the IGEL Universal Desktop thin client models with integrated smartcard reader. The IGEL ID card supports numerous features such as automatic login, session roaming and session protection as well as smartcard-based desktop security.

Supported 'out of the box', the IGEL smartcard is a highly effective key to unlock access to data and desktop applications.
