This 1.5m (59in) serial cable is a USB-A and 5-pin to RS-232 D-Sub 9-pin cable, designed for the ACM1552D-CW mobile pass reader. It supports the optional RS-232 connection to WalletMate II Boost readers. The USB-A cable can supply power from pin 9, where that is available.

This can be used at the same time as the USB-A to 5-pin cable which comes with the ACM1552D-CW mobile pass reader, if your serial connection cannot provide 5V power on pin 9.
