The 3121 USB desktop reader from Omnikey has proved a popular addition to their range, offering the very latest technology in a new-style housing. This reader is fully PC/SC and EMV Level 1 compliant and supports all ISO 7816 microprocessor-based smartcards as well as a variety of popular memory cards. It also meets USB 2.0 and CCID specifications for simple driver installation.

The reader is plug-and-play on Windows, with support for other major operating systems such as Linux, and is ideal for all smartcard applications, including electronic tachograph reading solutions, where physical stability is important.

The Omnikey 3121 is one of HID's leading readers and boasts both great performance and quality. This model comes complete with a special 100g (3.5oz) heavy foot for vertical or angled desktop use and an integrated sticky pad for alternative mounting.

2 Year Manufacturers Warranty

The readers are single chip solutions that have been certified in many territories.
All readers come with a complimentary light base that enables the reader to sit comfortably on the user's desk. An integrated bi-colour (red and green) LED indicates successful supply of power to the reader and insertion of card.
